The resources below are a starting place to get help.  They are designed to give you insight on whether it’s time to seek professional counseling.  Counseling is on a spectrum.  It starts with reading a magazine while waiting to buy groceries, goes onto reading pamphlets about a problem, reading blogs, reading books and then making a phone call to make an appointment.
